About This Course
The Emergency First Response (EFR) course teaches you essential CPR and first aid skills that are valuable both in diving and everyday life. This internationally recognized certification builds the confidence to respond to medical emergencies.
The course covers Primary Care (CPR) including scene assessment, barrier use, and CPR techniques, as well as Secondary Care (First Aid) covering injury assessment, bandaging, splinting, and illness management.
This is a prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver course. Even if you're not pursuing rescue certification, these life-saving skills are invaluable for any diver and for everyday situations.
