Cancellation Policy

Clear, fair refund and rescheduling rules for every Experience Scuba booking.

01.Free Cancellation (48+ Hours Before)

Full Refund
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Processing fees charged by the payment gateway (if any) are non-refundable.

02.Late Cancellation (Within 48 Hours)

No Refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled activity will incur 100% charges with no refund.
  • This policy exists because dive slots, equipment, and instructor time are reserved specifically for you.
  • We strongly recommend notifying us as early as possible if your plans change.

03.Medical Unfitness

50% Refund
  • If a participant is found to be medically unfit during the pre-dive medical screening or training briefing, a 50% refund will be provided.
  • Medical unfitness must be determined by our certified dive professionals or supported by a medical certificate.
  • We recommend consulting your doctor before booking if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.

04.No-Show Policy

No Refund
  • Failure to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notification will be treated as a no-show.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
  • Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes before your scheduled activity time.

05.Rescheduling

Free
  • Rescheduling is free of charge if requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Rescheduled bookings are valid for 6 months from the original booking date.

06.Weather & Safety Cancellations

Full Refund or Reschedule
  • If Experience Scuba cancels an activity due to unsafe weather conditions, rough seas, or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
  • The decision to cancel due to weather is at the sole discretion of our dive professionals.
  • Dive site changes due to weather conditions do not qualify for a refund.

07.Refund Process

5-7 Days
  • All eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
  • For any refund queries, please contact us with your booking number.
